To compare fishing holiday packages in Spain properly, ignore the headline price for a moment and list what each package actually includes. Accommodation, guided fishing, tackle, meals, bait, licences and transport can change the real cost substantially.
1. Guided Fishing
Check how many fishing days are included, whether the trip is guided and what support is provided. Our guided River Ebro fishing guide explains the role of guiding on an Ebro trip.
2. Accommodation
Confirm the number of nights, sleeping arrangements and whether accommodation is shared with your group. See our fishing holidays with accommodation guide.
3. Fishing Tackle
Specialist equipment can affect airline baggage costs. Check exactly what is supplied before flying your own rods and reels. Use our tackle-included fishing holiday guide.
4. Food and Board
Half-board and full-board are not the same thing. Confirm which meals are included and which remain your responsibility.
5. Bait, Licences and Day Tickets
For current Caspe Fishing packages, bait, fishing licences and day tickets are not included in the advertised package price unless specifically stated. These should be included in your total-trip comparison.
6. Travel from the UK
Flights or driving, baggage, transfers or car hire and travel insurance can materially change the final cost. See our UK to Spain fishing holiday travel guide.
7. Target Species
A Wels-focused holiday is different from a carp or mixed-species trip. Compare Catfishing Spain, carp fishing holidays in Spain and the broader River Ebro fishing guide.
Current Caspe Fishing Packages
Current guided options are advertised from €425 per person. The live River Ebro fishing packages page is the source of truth for current prices and inclusions.
Boat Requirements
From 1 October 2026, the person hiring or renting and operating a self-drive recreational motor boat must hold the appropriate valid boating qualification or certificate. Passengers on a guide-operated boat do not each need a boating licence.
Once you have compared the full trip rather than just the headline price, use the booking form to check preferred dates. Fishing results cannot be guaranteed.
