• Fishing is at your own risk – The River Ebro is a natural and potentially hazardous environment. Steep and rocky banks, deep waters, and wildlife can pose dangers.

• We accept no responsibility for personal injuries, accidents, or damage/loss to personal property during your stay.

• We strongly advise limiting alcohol consumption while fishing, as intoxication can increase the risk of injury.

• Guests are responsible for their own travel and health insurance. We recommend obtaining the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) if traveling from the UK.

🎣 Fishing Regulations & Guidelines

• Fishing License Required – A valid Spanish fishing license is mandatory and will be arranged prior to arrival.

• Permitted Fishing Hours: 06:00 AM – Midnight (No fishing outside these hours).

• No Bivvying or Fly Camping – Setting up makeshift camps outside of designated accommodation is not allowed.

• Catch & Release Policy – We advocate a strict catch-and-return policy to protect fish stocks and maintain the River Ebro as a prime fishing location.

🚤 Boat & Equipment Regulations

• Boating Regulations: Anyone using a boat with an engine exceeding 15 HP must possess a small boat handling license.

• Tackle & Gear: While we provide equipment, guests are responsible for handling it with care. Lost or damaged gear may incur additional charges.

🛡 Health & Safety Advice

• Sun Protection: Wear a hat and use high-SPF sunscreen to prevent sunburn.

• Mosquito Repellent: Recommended to avoid bites, especially during early morning and evening fishing.

• First Aid: Carry any necessary medications and a small first-aid kit.

• Chargers & Adapters: Spain uses Type F (Europlug) sockets, so bring the necessary power adapters.

• Bring a Headtorch & Spare Batteries – Essential for early morning or late-night fishing.

💳 Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

• Final payment must be completed before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the trip are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be given for early departures or missed fishing days due to weather, personal circumstances, or regulatory restrictions.
